FlyGreet™©  Unaccompanied Minors Arrival (A) Service is a dedicated airport concierge service designed to provide professional, attentive, and carefully coordinated assistance for minors traveling alone. This service is intended to provide reassurance to parents and guardians by helping ensure young travelers are properly received, assisted, and transitioned safely from the airport to their authorized destination.

For domestic arrivals, where permitted by airline and airport procedures, the FlyGreet™© concierge may coordinate with airline personnel to receive the minor at the designated handoff location and escort the child through the airport arrival process. For international arrivals, FlyGreet™© no longer provides gate service. Instead, minors are met by a FlyGreet™© concierge inside the customs-secured area after they have cleared customs and immigration processing. Following the authorized airline handoff, the FlyGreet™© concierge assists with baggage coordination and escorts the minor to the assigned executive vehicle waiting at the designated pickup area. Where arranged, the minor is then transported by executive chauffeured vehicle to the approved destination listed by the parent or guardian.

FlyGreet™© Unaccompanied Minors Departure (D) Service  is designed to provide attentive airport assistance and coordinated support for young travelers departing from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Where requested, FlyGreet™© may provide executive chauffeured transportation from the approved pickup location to the airport terminal, where the FlyGreet™© concierge will assume the airport assistance portion of the service.

Our concierge assists the minor through the airport process, which may include guidance through check-in, baggage coordination, and TSA/security procedures, subject to airline, TSA, airport, and government regulations. FlyGreet™© does not replace the airline’s required Unaccompanied Minor program, and all airline-specific procedures, custody requirements, identification verification, and authorized handoff protocols remain controlling at all times.

Once inside the terminal, the concierge remains with the minor throughout the airport assistance process and coordinates the authorized handoff to the airline’s designated Unaccompanied Minor representative, gate agent, or approved flight custodian where permitted by airline and airport procedures.

This premium service provides dedicated airport assistance and continuous concierge accompaniment from departure through arrival at the authorized destination, offering additional reassurance to parents and guardians.

When the Unaccompanied Minors Departure (F) Service is arranged, a trained FlyGreet™© concierge/flight chaperone accompanies the minor throughout the travel experience beginning at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Where requested, FlyGreet™© may also provide executive chauffeured transportation from the approved pickup location to the airport terminal prior to departure coordination.

Upon arrival at the airport, the FlyGreet™© concierge greets the minor and authorized guardian at the designated meeting location and assists with the airport process, which may include guidance through airline check-in, baggage coordination, documentation review, and TSA/security procedures, subject to airline, TSA, airport, and government regulations. Porter assistance may also be coordinated where necessary for baggage handling.

Throughout the entire journey, the FlyGreet™© concierge (FLIGHT CHAPERONE)  remains with the minor to provide professional support, supervision, reassurance, and travel assistance while in transit. Assistance may include helping the minor navigate connections, communicating important travel updates to authorized guardians where appropriate, and helping ensure the child remains comfortable and supported throughout the travel experience.

To help ensure proper authorization and coordination, FlyGreet™© may require a notarized consent form, guardian identification, emergency contact information, airline approvals, and detailed travel instructions prior to service acceptance. Additional documentation or authorization may also be required depending on airline policies, destination requirements, custody considerations, or the age of the minor.
