Unaccompanied Minor Concierge Request

Carefully coordinated airport assistance for unaccompanied minors at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Please provide guardian, minor, airline, transportation, and authorized handoff details for Client Relations review.

Select the type of unaccompanied minor coordination being requested.

This request is for FlyGreet™© support at ATL only. FlyGreet™© does not replace the airline’s required Unaccompanied Minor program. Airline policies, TSA, airport rules, custody rules, identification requirements, and authorized handoff procedures remain controlling at all times.
Choose the direction of travel requiring FlyGreet™© coordination.
For multiple minors, list each minor separately on Step 3.

Include full legal name, age, date of birth, and any special care note for each minor.

Flight & Airline Information

This section adjusts based on the selected UM service type.

Departure process: FlyGreet™© may provide executive chauffeured transportation to pick up the minor(s) from the approved location and transport them to the ATL curbside/terminal meeting point. The FlyGreet™© concierge then performs the second leg of airport assistance and coordinates the authorized handoff to the airline’s designated flight custodian or airline UM personnel where permitted.
Arrival process: FlyGreet™© coordinates with airline/airport procedures to receive the minor at the gate or airline-designated handoff location where permitted, then escorts the minor to the approved chauffeured vehicle for transfer to the authorized destination.

Pickup, Handoff & Receiving Party

Please identify release, receiving, transportation, and authorized adult details.

Only authorized individuals should be listed. FlyGreet™© may request identification verification prior to service confirmation.
