
CANCELLATION, REFUND & SERVICE TERMS
FlyGreet™© Airport Concierge Services dedicates personnel, airport resources, operational planning, flight monitoring, and scheduling commitments upon confirmation of a reservation. Because concierge services require advance preparation and staffing, the following cancellation and refund policies apply to all confirmed bookings unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Reservation Deposits & Payment Terms
• Reservations made more than seven (7) days prior to service require a deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total reservation amount. The remaining balance is due no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled service time.
• Reservations made within seven (7) days of service require full payment at the time of booking.
• Reservations made within seventy-two (72) hours of service require full payment upon booking and are non-refundable.
• A reservation is not considered confirmed until the required deposit or full payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy
• More than seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled service: Eligible for a full refund less any non-refundable third-party expenses already incurred.
• Between seventy-two (72) and forty-eight (48) hours prior to scheduled service: Twenty-five percent (25%) of the total reservation amount will be retained.
• Between forty-eight (48) and twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled service: Fifty percent (50%) of the total reservation amount will be retained.
• Less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled service: Reservation is non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
Any same-day cancellation, no-show, missed flight due to passenger error, refusal of service, inability to locate the traveler after reasonable contact attempts, voluntary itinerary change after concierge deployment, or failure to appear at the designated meeting location shall be considered a completed service and is non-refundable.
Flight Delays & Airline Schedule Changes
FlyGreet™© actively monitors commercial flight activity and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, rerouting, and aircraft substitutions. Service modifications remain subject to staffing availability and operational feasibility.
Service Modifications
Changes to passenger names, flight information, airline itineraries, service levels, transportation requirements, arrival or departure dates, or special service requests may result in additional charges and are subject to availability.
Client Information Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing accurate passenger names, flight information, airline confirmation numbers, contact information, destination information, and itinerary details. FlyGreet™© shall not be responsible for delays, service limitations, additional charges, or service failures resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or untimely information provided by the client or the client's representative.
Concierge Staffing & Operational Flexibility
FlyGreet™© reserves the right to reassign, substitute, supplement, or modify concierge personnel, chauffeurs, porters, vehicles, and operational resources based upon staffing availability, flight schedule changes, airport conditions, service demands, safety considerations, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such adjustments shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or service credit.
Airport & Government Agency Access
Certain concierge services are dependent upon airport, airline, TSA, CBP, customs, immigration, security, and operational restrictions. FlyGreet™© does not guarantee access beyond security checkpoints, sterile areas, customs facilities, jet bridges, gates, airline lounges, or other restricted airport locations. FlyGreet™© reserves the right to modify service delivery methods as required by airport authorities, airlines, government agencies, or operational conditions.
Complimentary Transportation
Complimentary transportation provided in conjunction with FlyGreet™© concierge services has no cash value, is non-transferable, and remains subject to vehicle, chauffeur, airport, and operational availability.
FlyGreet™© reserves the right to substitute, modify, or discontinue complimentary transportation benefits without refund, credit, or adjustment to the concierge service fee.
Travel Advisor & Agency Reservations
Reservations booked through travel advisors, agencies, tour operators, corporate travel departments, assistants, family members, or third-party representatives remain subject to the same cancellation and refund policies unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Travel advisors, agencies, and third-party representatives are responsible for communicating all FlyGreet™© policies, service limitations, reservation requirements, and operational conditions to their clients.
Force Majeure
FlyGreet™© shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, service limitations, or cancellations resulting from weather events, airport closures, airline disruptions, security incidents, customs inspections, government actions, labor disputes, acts of God, public emergencies, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
FlyGreet™© acts solely as a concierge service provider and shall not be liable for airline schedule changes, missed flights, denied boarding, immigration decisions, customs inspections, TSA screening delays, baggage handling delays, airline baggage claims, or actions taken by airlines, airports, government agencies, or third-party service providers.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may require up to ten (10) business days depending upon the financial institution's processing procedures.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a reservation request, approving an invoice, remitting payment, accepting service, or utilizing FlyGreet™© Concierge Services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Cancellation, Refund & Service Terms.
