1.    Reservation: All bookings with FlyGreet™© are subject to availability and require a confirmed reservation through our official channels.

2.    Payment: Payment for FlyGreet™© services is due at the time of booking and can be made via authorized payment methods.


3.    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of FlyGreet™© services must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid any cancellation fees.


4.    Chauffeur and Concierge Assignment: FlyGreet™© reserves the right to assign qualified chauffeurs and concierge professionals to ensure a safe and seamless journey.


5.    Additional Stops: Additional stops during the FlyGreet™©executive chauffeured transportation service may incur extra charges; please inform us in advance.


6.    Alcohol and Smoking: Consumption of alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited during FlyGreet™© executive transport services.


7.    Damage and Cleaning: Passengers using FlyGreet transport services are liable for any damage caused to the vehicles and agree to a cleaning fee of $150 if necessary.


8.    Delay Policy: While FlyGreet™© strives to provide punctual service, delays due to circumstances beyond our control may occur.


9.    Safety Measures: Passengers using FlyGreet™© services are required to comply with all safety regulations during the service.


10. Liability: While FlyGreet™© takes the utmost care in providing a safe and comfortable experience, we are not liable for personal belongings left unattended.


11. Exclusive Service: FlyGreet™© Airport Concierge Services is designed for the convenience for their customers only.


12. Transportation of Animals: Transporting animals is not included in FlyGreet™© exclusive offer unless it's requested and approve first.
