As an add-on option, we offer children car seats in our exclusive executive vehicles to ensure a secure and enjoyable journey for your family. PLEASE NOTE:

As a precautionary measure, we would like to inform you that occupants in the executive vehicle are required to strap in the car seats themselves. Our trained drivers will be happy to guide and assist you with the proper installation of the car seats to ensure they are secured correctly for the safety of your children. Our goal is to create a safe and reliable transportation experience for your family, and we encourage parents or guardians to take an active role in ensuring the car seats are appropriately fastened.

Please note that there is a maximum limit of four child seats in our executive vehicles, which includes a combination of toddler and infant seats. This limitation is in accordance with safety regulations and ensures that each child receives the utmost care and attention during their journey. Rest assured, our executive vehicles are well-maintained and equipped with the necessary safety features, providing you and your family with a top-notch travel experience that prioritizes comfort and safety above all else.

At FlyGreet we are pleased to offer an exclusive add-on service of powered mobile chairs for travelers requiring mobility assistance at Hartsfield International Airport in Atlanta. These powered mobile chairs are designed to provide enhanced comfort and convenience for individuals with limited mobility. Please note that this option is subject to availability, and we can accommodate up to two powered mobile chairs per booking. However, if the powered mobile chairs are not available, rest assured that our standard wheelchair service is always readily accessible and can be booked in advance.

To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request that you make your reservation for either the powered mobile chairs or standard wheelchair service at least a week in advance. This advance notice allows us to secure the necessary equipment and make the proper arrangements to accommodate your needs effectively.

In choosing the powered mobile chair add-on, we request that a Waiver (written agreement) be signed before use, acknowledging that FlyGreet and its team will not be held liable for any harm or injuries suffered by the occupant while using the powered mobile chairs within the airport premises.
